Honeywell Field Service Support Jobs – Jobs Description
Assists in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems. You will work under direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalates any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions. You will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to the delivery and installation of proper equipment
Honeywell is actively recruiting a Refrigeration Mechanic/HVAC.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- HVAC Installation, Repair, and Maintenance support as per work order
- Identify and Escalate issues
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and provide repair on all HVAC equipment
- Adheres to and supports Honeywell HBS policies and procedures including all safety requirements
- Promotes, builds, and maintains good customer relations
- Maintain Required Documentation in a professional manner
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be available for an on-call rotation
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of HVAC experience
- ODP Refrigeration License
- G1 Certification
- Must be a current member or be willing to become a member of local UA787
- Valid G driver’s license
WE VALUE
- Journeyman Certification in Refrigeration A/C
- HVAC Diploma is a strong asset
- Previous commercial industry experience
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to follow instruction
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Centrifugal chiller experience
