Basic Purpose of Position:
To curate company social media presence, lead graphic design and visual content creation, and develop and contribute to company communications.
Social Media Coordination:
Take ownership over all aspects of company social media presence
Create/design visual content for social media
Create and execute social media plan

Establish and advise on social media content based on internal initiatives, successes, and more:
Recruitment – Facebook
Support Jazz YouTube posts – create/edit video content
Internal Communications:
Pitch ideas, conduct interviews, write articles, and contribute to the editorial process for Jazz employee newsletter, The Journal
Create Social Media plan for daily posts
Provide input and support for development of employee communications (Jazz Flash, etc.)
Support multimedia content creation for employee engagement campaigns
Support internal marketing of all corporate development projects (messaging, delivery, visual content)
Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:
Provide company graphic design services
Banners
Brochures
Advertisements
Other visual display media
Provide guidance and input on all matters related to visual design and layout for departments
Provide photography services to support internal and external development projects
Update and expand company photo library
Shoot and edit video for internal and external production
Produce, Direct and post-production

Qualifications:
A post-secondary degree/diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or Business Administration is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing various social media platforms on behalf of an organization
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Experience in graphic design
Experience in audio/video editing content
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
