KCM Construction Residential Home Builder Jobs – Jobs Description
Responsibilities and duties:
- Strong Computer skills including MS Offi ce, and AutoCAD
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and independently
- Engage in all home building and renovating activities
- Prepare bids for home construction or renovation projects
- Prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the activities of subcontractors
- Perform consulting with all customers, engineers, and contractors on building plans
- Perform inspection of work (contractors, employees) and supervising work performance andquality
- Develop and implement advertising, marketing, and work promotion
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors
- Select, employ, and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work, such as plumbing,heating and electrical work
- Request quotes from suppliers and trades
- Great Capabilities of reading and understanding of engineering drawing
Employment Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in home construction industry or experience as general supervisoris required
- Minimum of Bsc. in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines is required. Msc is considered as an asset
