Randstad Sourceright NDT Tech Level 2 Jobs – Jobs Description
Provide Quality Control Inspection support for Honeywell Aerospace while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality is maintained in all factors involved in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and calibrating NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment.
- Conducting rigorous tests on fuel controls, engine accessories, and aerospace parts using non-destructive techniques (ultrasonic / LPI / MPI).
- Developing and instituting bespoke NDT procedures for specified products and materials during and after repair/manufacture.
- Identifying structural and material defects.
- Interpreting test results
- Adhering to Honeywell NDT manual, Quality, Health, and Safety requirements.
- Completing test reports and presenting findings.
- Owning and Maintaining NDT equipment.
- Owning and supporting NDT / Customer audits.
You Must Have
- Post-secondary education
- Certified in PT (Penetrant test) and MT (Magnetic test) to a minimum of Level II
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an NDT technician on ultrasound, and FPI MPI techniques.
- Must be able to obtain controlled goods clearance

- Extensive experience with liquid penetration and magnetic particle tests in an industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in Aerospace Repair and Overhaul environment.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the quality control inspection field

- Ability to:
