Thai Ivory Cuisine Bookkeepper Jobs – Jobs Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organization and entry of a large volume of daily sales reports, supplier invoices, sales receipts, and reimbursements;
- Record bank transactions, deposits and payments, and reconcile monthly bank balance;
- Administering payroll including: calculate employees’ work hours, payroll deduction and prepare pay cheques;
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, and income statements and tax remittance
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using computerized bookkeeping systems;
- Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable and prepare journal entries
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Languages:
English
A second language is a valuable asset (preferable Thai and Mandarin).
Education:
2 years of post-secondary education
Experience:
- Bookkeeper or accounting related work experience: 3-5 years
- Receptionist or administrative clerk: 1-2 years (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office or other similar products
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure
